Raquel joined Lloyd Companies in 2003, bringing her experience of working with the nation’s second-largest shopping center management and development company, General Growth Properties (GGP). Today Raquel works with local and national retail clients and specializes in leasing build-to-suit office space.
With her extensive experience in site selection, lease negotiations, build-to-suit opportunities, retail and office leasing, construction, and development, Raquel is committed to seeing clients succeed.
