Randy Stephens' market knowledge and vast commercial real estate experience has led him to become one of Central Ohio's premier office brokers. His strength is his ability to analyze data and foresee future trends, which enables him to maximize clients' potential to achieve their real estate goals. His experience includes representing landlords and tenants both locally and nationally.
During his 25-plus year career in Columbus and Denver, Randy has leased or sold more than 20 million square feet of office space totaling more than $2 billion in transaction value. Randy completed the largest deal in Columbus in 2005 with the $90 million sale of Chase Manhattan Mortgage's headquarters at Easton.
