Bio
Randy Irlbeck serves as Executive Vice President for Pillar Commercial directing the day-to-day operations of the company operations including accounting and financial reporting, property and asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence and project management. Under Randy's leadership, the diverse elements of the company’s real estate platform work in concert to maximize the operational efficiencies and financial performance of Pillar Commercial's portfolio.
Randy has been with the company since its inception in 2004. He has been instrumental to Pillar’s growth which has included more than 3 million square feet of properties under management. Randy has been invested more than $250 million in all property types including, industrial, office and retail.
Randy began his commercial real estate career in property management with Cousins Properties at 1700 Pacific, a 1.3 million square foot office tower located in Dallas' CBD. He left Cousins to lead the property management team for a privately held 1 million square foot, six-building office portfolio in Dallas, Texas.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate profession in 2000, Randy spent 13 years in Rome, Italy overseeing the construction and eventually, directing the operations of the University of Dallas's 11-acre campus. He is a graduate of the University of Dallas with a BS in Physics. Passionate about education, Randy was a founding member of UD’s National Alumni Board as well as a founding board member for St. Francis Montessori School. He currently serves on the Board of Governors for Faustina Academy, a private K-12 academy located in Irving, Texas.
