Bio
In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Randall Koladis joined the company in 1982 and was influential in the founding of the CBRE/New England Hartford office. Randy has a highly successful track record in land-development sales, investment sales, investment-property sales and leasing. As a land-services specialist, he has worked extensively with developers, architects, civil engineers, builders, and end-user companies in successfully navigating the local entitlement and land-development process. Randy represented Homart Development (now General Growth Properties) on 12 separate regional mall-site searches, which resulted in the successful approval and construction of two regional malls (Brass Mill Mall in Waterbury, CT and the Buckland Hills Mall in Manchester, CT). Current projects include marketing a 50-acre site for mixed-use development, a 50-acre assemblage for single-family residential development, and the sale of a fully approved 155-unit apartment site. During his career at CBRE/NE, Randy completed over $500 million in commercial real estate transactions.
