Bio
Randy Grimsman is based in the Sacramento office of CBRE. He heads a land-only broker team that specializes in the sale of master-planned communities, residential tracts and complex land developments throughout the West Coast, with a core focus on Northern California.
Randy was raised in Sacramento and began his real estate career over 25 years ago. He has always specialized in land transactions and prior to joining CBRE in 1997, he had sold some 22,500 acres of commercial and residential land valued at over $500 million.
Since 1997, Randy and his team have sold over 10,000 residential lots and some 50,000 acres of land, including 10 master-planned communities.
