Randall Ell

Mr. Ell has over 36 years of real estate experience. In his most recent role, he served as the COO of Steadfast Companies, which owned up to 38,000 apartments and 139 properties. Before joining Steadfast, he was COO for Corvias Military Living, which manages housing for more than 25,000 single-family homes nationwide. Mr. Ell was a principal and founding partner of Allegiant Residential, a privately held firm based in Birmingham, AL. He served as President of Summit Properties (NYSE:SMT), a REIT focused on the management and development of luxury multifamily communities, owning and managing over 90 properties / 24,000 units. For a decade, Mr. Ell served on the Advisory Committee of Virginia Tech's School of Property Management. A UCLA graduate in Economics, Mr. Ell holds a BA degree.
