Randy is the Chief Financial Officer of Alpha Residential, responsible for overseeing all financial operations. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate capital origination, primarily in banking with PNC Bank and First Niagara Bank, he brings extensive knowledge to Alpha Residential. Randy has also held senior financial positions in various industries and consulting roles. He has successfully managed the accounting, taxation, and finance functions for private equity funds of up to $1 billion. Additionally, Randy is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, amateur photography/videography, and discovering new wines.
