Randall S Brown

Prior to joining CBRE in 2001, Randall Brown was the leasing director for Summit Commercial Properties. As leasing director, he was responsible for managing multiple teams of commercial office brokers engaged in leasing properties totaling in excess of 10 million square feet.

His prior experience at Cygna Development Company in San Francisco and American Trading Real Estate Properties in Los Angeles provided Randall with a broad range of lease, purchase and sale transaction experience, which has greatly enhanced his ability to skillfully negotiate transactions on behalf of his clients.
