Ralph Rader

Ralph Rader is an Associate Director at Metropolitan Capital Advisors (now an affiliate of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation) responsible for structuring and originating efficient capital structures for his clients' commercial real estate transactions. Ralph has experience in arranging both debt and equity for transactions at various points in a property's life cycle, from development to stabilization, with a focus on multifamily and healthcare properties. Prior to joining MCA, Ralph worked at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage in their loan origination group. He became particularly well-versed with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending programs, helping the office originate over $3.5 billion in multifamily agency financings during his time there. Ralph began his career as a CPA, working as an Auditor for Ernst & Young, and later joined Goldman Sachs as a Fund Accountant. This accounting experience has proven beneficial in teasing out the story from a transaction's economics, and communicating that story to potential lenders, investors, and partners.Ralph graduated from the University of Texas at Austin's Business Honors Program with a BBA & MPA. He is actively involved with The Real Estate Council (TREC), as well as the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
