Ralph H. Grebow has over 40 years of experience in real estate and financial services matters. Currently, he is a strategic advisor to Ridgewood Real Estate Partners.Mr. Grebow is recognized as an industry expert and is often asked to speak at real estate panels, including JP Morgan’s Annual Private Builder/Private Equity conference, the annual Hanley Builder conference, IMN Distressed Real Estate Conference.Mr. Grebow served as the founder and CEO of The Atlantic Companies. The Atlantic Companies was formed in 1994 in order to take advantage of his 25 years experience as an attorney representing land developers and homebuilders. Mr. Grebow grew The Atlantic Companies from a local developer into a multi-million dollar national company, providing land development and land banking to both public and private builders.Mr. Grebow was previously the founder and senior partner of a major New Jersey law firm. Mr. Grebow began his career as an associate for one of New Jersey’s largest law firms, Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland and Perretti.Thereafter, he became Assistant Trial Attorney for the Essex County Prosecutor’s office. He is admitted to both the New Jersey and New York Bars.During his legal career, Mr. Grebow has represented a large number of real estate developers, builders, community and money center banks and mortgage lenders. He has represented and had equity relationships with some of the largest dominant private residential, multi-family and/or commercial developers. During his legal career, he also participated in numerous private residential land transactions.In 1995, Mr. Grebow retired from the practice of law to devote himself totally to the real estate business and since that time he has been involved in numerous residential land transactions.Mr. Grebow holds a B.A. and J.D. degree from The George Washington University.
