Ralph R. Garlick, MAI, AI-GRS is a Vice President out of the CBRE Raleigh-Durham office in North Carolina. He has over 17 years of real estate appraisal and appraisal review experience. Mr. Garlick worked as a Fee Appraiser for a small appraisal firm in Jacksonville, Florida where he also served as a Special Magistrate for the Duval County Value Adjustment Board.
Mr. Garlick has appraised a wide variety of properties including residential, office, retail, industrial and land. Mr. Garlick has provided real estate appraisals, financial analysis, feasibility studies, reviews and consultations for a variety of private and government clients.
In 2013 he moved to North Carolina where he was a Senior Appraisal Review Officer for a regional bank and later started a small commercial appraisal review and consulting firm. Mr. Garlick resides in Apex, North Carolina with his wife and two children.
