Ralph H. Fite has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance at Welcome Group, LLC. Ralph has been associated with the Welcome Wilson Family businesses since February 1997. Previously, Ralph served as Director of Finance for Welcome Group since 2005. Prior to that, he served as President of River Oaks Financial Group, LLC, a commercial real estate financing company. Preceding his service with the Wilson Family, Ralph was a commercial banking officer with Bank One, First Interstate Bank of Texas, and Texas Commerce Bank. Ralph is a member of the Houston Society of Financial Analysts, earned a CPA designation in 1975, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1973 with a BBA in Accounting.
