Bio
Ralph oversees the operations, community relations, and finance activities of Concord Communities, Lowe’s affordable housing subsidiary formed to direct the firm’s real estate expertise toward easing the U.S. affordable housing shortage. Concord operates 720-units in Baltimore and the District of Columbia and is active from Baltimore, Maryland to Charlotte, North Carolina. Ralph previously provided project team leadership for developments in the Washington, DC area including the 700,000-square-foot build-to-suit development of the National Science Foundation Headquarters in Alexandria, VA. Ralph is active in the Metro DC Boys and Girls clubs contributing to fund raising efforts and facility improvement projects. Ralph and his family enjoy travel and exercise. Education: Indiana University, BS; Finance Certificate from Cornell University.
