Ralph Caputo

Mr. Caputo is a Senior Vice President for SL2 Real Estate Capital, where he focuses on net lease investments across all asset types and leads SL2’s industrial acquisition platform.

Mr. Caputo was formerly a Vice President of Investments with Atlanta Property Group, where he focused on office and industrial capital markets. He was responsible for originating new opportunities, underwriting value-add acquisitions, and capitalizing transactions. During his time at Atlanta Property Group, Mr. Caputo executed over $300M of industrial transactions, primarily light industrial, shallow-bay properties across the southeast.

Prior to joining Atlanta Property Group in 2021, Mr. Caputo spent two years at Artemis Real Estate Partners where he worked on a variety of debt and equity real estate transactions in the healthcare space. He began his career at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in the Consumer and Retail Investment Banking Group working on mergers and acquisitions, equity, and leveraged finance transactions.

Mr. Caputo graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Masters of Science in Finance and from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Finance. He is an active member of NAIOP.
