Ralph J Belford, III

Jeb Belford, equity owner and Managing Director, is a member of the Firm's Investment Committee and is the lead portfolio manager for Clarion Partners' open-end core fund. Previously, Jeb was an acquisitions leader for the Firm, completing more than $3.5 billion in real estate transactions across a broad range of strategies. His background includes all aspects of investment management - acquisitions, asset management, leasing and operations, financing and sales – for assets of all property types and risk strategies totaling over $5.0 billion, in markets across the U.S. and in Latin America.
