Race Carter started his commercial real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield in 2018. He joined the Multifamily Capital Markets Group in 2021. Under the guidance of Dave Fogler & Steve Nicoluzakis, he has been fortunate to provide value for a team that represents some of the largest developers and owners in Arizona. Their team has consistently been ranked as one of the top multifamily advisory groups at Cushman & Wakefield both locally and nationally.
