Tim has extensive experience in representing corporate and institutional clients with their real estate requirements, including acquisition, needs analysis, disposition, market research, proposal development, and lease/sale negotiation. Tim has successfully marketed major office projects for both sale and lease for prominent institutional owners and regional owner/users.
Involved in over 1,525 lease and sale transactions representing over 9,697,000 square feet valued at over $2.5 billion.
