Quentin began his career as a commercial real estate agent with a national brokerage firm in Columbia, SC where he specialized in the disposition of commercial and multi-family investment properties. While working as a real estate professional, he gained extensive knowledge and expertise in market analysis and financial modeling. Prior to joining Capstone, Quentin was an analyst with a global professional services and consulting firm, where he specialized in banking and real estate finance. Additionally, he has been consistently recognized as a highly accomplished real estate professional given his analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Quentin earned his Bachelor’s degree in both Insurance and Risk Management as well as Real Estate from the University of South Carolina. During his college career, he gained knowledge in real estate principles such as valuation, market analysis, and cash flow modeling.
