QJ Guo

QJ Guo is an Analyst with CBRE Capital Markets. In this role, he focuses on providing financial analysis, market intelligence, and business development support for Capital Markets leadership, working primarily with CBRE’s Retail Services, the Net Lease Property Group and Corporate Capital Markets teams.

Prior to joining CBRE, QJ worked at CWCapital Asset Management LLC, one of the largest CMBS special servicers in the U.S. There, he provided transaction support across all commercial real estate asset types and assisted in managing a $150 million national portfolio of CMBS assets. He was later assigned as the primary asset manager for a portion of that portfolio.

QJ previously interned at Klein Enterprises, a major real estate development and management firm in Maryland, where he gained valuable experience in acquisitions and development. QJ also completed a summer internship at Bank of Communications in New York City.
