Versed in all facets of an investment cycle including deal sourcing, negotiation, underwriting, due diligence, business plan development, equity raising, debt placement, transaction closing, asset management, Capex management, refinancing, recapitalization, and disposition, Prima has successfully executed or played a key role in the closing of over $700M real estate transactions and underwritten $4B worth of real estate assets. Asset types Prima has acquired and performed asset management on include Multifamily, Student Housing, Retail, Office, RV Park, and Land.

Prior to joining Presario Ventures, Prima was an Acquisitions Associate at Presidium, a reputable Texas-based real estate owner and operator specialized in real estate acquisitions, development, and property management. Prima has a MS degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas.
