Preston Reid is a Managing Director in the Hospitality Investment Advisory practice at Hodges Ward Elliott. He specializes in institutional-grade hotel and resort property transactions in the Southeast, including investment advisory, debt, and equity placements.

Preston has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and investment banking. Throughout his career, he has completed over $6 billion of commercial real estate transactions. Preston graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in finance where he also worked for the Athletic Association tutoring athletes in Business Finance and Managerial Accounting. He is a founding member and past president of Tampa’s Society of Real Estate Professionals.
