Portia DeBride is an Associate in the Miami office of Marcus & Millichap. She is an Associate Member of the Multifamily Housing Division within Marcus & Millichap and specializes in the sale of apartment buildings in South Florida. Portia has more than 17 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Portia gained extensive knowledge in REO investment sales, short sale negotiations as well as leasing in the tri-county area.Originally from New York City, Portia has been a resident of Pembroke Pines for over 30 years. She is a proud mother of 2 children and in her spare time she enjoys painting, gardening, and going to the beach.
