Porter McDonald

Porter joined Landmark in 2018 as Vice President. His primary responsibilities include executing on debt and equity financing activities, managing portfolio capital transactions, and developing and maintaining relationships with lenders and investors. Prior to joining Landmark, Porter was a Vice President at CBRE Capital markets where he was focused on debt and equity assignments for institutional clients. Before CBRE, Porter as an Associate at Jamestown, LP where he was primarily focused on asset management. Porter received a BS from Vanderbilt University.
