Profile
Pierce Hance is a Director within C&W's Agency Consulting Group. Throughout his career in real estate Mr. Hance has worked been involved in all aspects of owner representation through the New York Tri-State area. He currently assists in the Leasing and Management of over 8 million square feet of office space throughout New York City.
As part of his current role, his responsibilities include transaction management, preparing detailed proposals for large transactions, property tours, financial modeling, lease analysis, data management, reporting and annual budget forecasting. Asset management duties include development of marketing materials, property inspections, proposal validation and asset valuation. In addition, client advisory responsibilities include interpreting and presenting market information, statistics, and the development of pricing strategies.
Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Hance spent three years with RFR Realty working from their New York headquarters. In his tenure, he assisted in leasing activities across the company's 7 million square foot Class A portfolio comprised of properties in multiple submarkets throughout the New York Tri-State area. Mr. Hance began his career with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank at the firm's Manhattan headquarters, developing and managing accounts within the Global Corporate Services platform.
Mr. Hance is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson University with a B.S. in Business Administration, and attended The Hotchkiss School.
Mr. Hance is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York and a LEED Green Associate. He is an active member of the Shelter Island Yacht Club, and has been active in the real estate community of Eastern Long Island since 2009.
