As Senior Vice President of the Urban Group, Phillip has brokerage experience in the commercial real estate market specializing in investment sales and office leasing, primarily in Downtown Los Angeles.  Phillip began his career in 1991 with the Grubb-Ellis Company. Since starting his career, he has worked for Julien J. Studley, Inc. and Newmark Capital Group. Phillip joined CBRE in 2011.  More recently, Phillip's group has been the No. 1 Investment Team in the Downtown Los Angeles office in 2006, 2007 and 2009.  During the course of his career he has negotiated investment sales transactions totaling more than $4.7 billion in sales, and leasing transactions in excess of 9 million square feet.
