Bio
Phillip Ruhl is a Senior Associate at CBRE and a member of John Zanetos and Chris Penrose’s team, located at the firm’s headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles. The trio is one of the region’s premier office leasing teams, representing tenants and landlords looking for the best opportunities in the Greater Los Angeles market. Zanetos, Penrose and Ruhl represent overseas investors, large corporations, law firms, financial institutions, and music and entertainment groups, among others. Phillip’s primary responsibilities include sourcing and pursuing new business opportunities through extensive networking initiatives. In 2016, the team completed two of the largest lease transactions in the Greater Los Angeles area – the 250,000 square-foot Warner Music Group deal in Downtown LA’s Arts District and the City National Bank 240,000 square-foot lease.
Phillip originally joined CBRE as an intern in Capital Markets in April of 2014.
