Bio
Phil is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Oak Coast Properties. Prior to joining OCP, Phil was a Principal at Heslin Becker Properties, where he invested in more than $150 million of retail real estate portfolios and ground up construction projects across the Western United States. Since founding Oak Coast Properties, Phil has led the investment and management of over 10,000 units valued at over $1 billion of multi-family properties. Phil earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance from the University of Southern California.
