Phillip R Deguire

Phil Deguire is Chief Executive Officer of The Wilkinson Group. He is responsible for investment strategy, acquisitions/dispositions, and debt/equity finance. Phil leads the sourcing, underwriting and financing of all Wilkinson investments. Under his leadership, The Wilkinson Group has executed more than $500,000,000 in transactions in the past 5 years. Prior to joining The Wilkinson Group in 2008, Phil was a principal in an Atlanta-based boutique real estate investment group. Previously he was an officer for a publicly-traded global real estate services firm. Phil received a BA from Williams College. He is a board member of the National Multi Housing Council and a trustee for Kimball Union Academy. Phil and his wife, Heather, have two children and reside in Dunwoody, Georgia.
