Mandel Group builds its new residential developments through Mandel Development, Inc., its construction subsidiary, in conjunction with third-party general contractors. The construction team has managed over $500 million of residential and commercial developments. Mandel Group’s investment strategy and internal processes have been developed, refined and proven over the past 25+ years. The Company’s multifamily expertise, analytical capacities, and efficient operations work collectively to create value and generate superior risk-adjusted returns. Coupling this expertise with the prudent use of leverage and a clear focus on multifamily provides a solid foundation for generating superior investment returns. Mandel Property Services, Inc. was formed to provide asset and property management services to Mandel Group and other third-party owners of real estate developments. Particular emphasis is placed on the level of service provided at Mandel Group’s luxury apartment communities, which historically attain the highest rents in Metropolitan Milwaukee. Mandel Property Services, Inc. now manages over a $1.0 billion in assets in the greater Midwest.
