Philippe CastilloAssociatePhilippe Castillo joined the Washington, D.C., office of Marcus & Millichap in April 2021. As an Investment Sales Associate, Mr. Castillo is responsible for assisting in the sale of multifamily investment acquisitions and dispositions in Maryland's Montgomery County, Prince George's County, and Frederick County. He is well connected with various investors in the greater D.C. Metro area.Mr. Castillo is a current Master's student at Georgetown University studying Real Estate, with a concentration in Finance. He is also a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and minor studies in Real Estate Development. He holds a real estate salesperson license in Maryland. Mr. Castillo is also a Maryland Public Notary and a member of NAIOP.
