Philip Pfeiffer

P.J. Pfeiffer has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1998 and is currently employed as Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services and Partner with Birnbaum Property Company. Prior to joining BPC, he was Vice President with The Weitzman Group in their retail division in San Antonio. His job responsibilities include overseeing the BPC Brokerage team that is responsible for over 40 commercial brokerage assignments and retail developments; both in-house and through third-party relationships. P.J. has successfully negotiated over 300 land/pad transactions and has been involved in over 500 retail lease deals totaling over $750 million in value. P.J. represents and maintains close relationships with all types of local, regional, and national companies; including Planet Fitness, Overland, HEB, Christus Santa Rosa, and Dollar General and assists with the real estate needs of several non-profit organizations. In 2006, P.J. was presented the Business Partner Award in recognition of his contributions in support of Goodwill’s mission to help change lives through the power of work. P.J. has served on the Board of Directors for The Transplants for Children, the Goodwill of San Antonio Donation Team and is heavily involved in the Brighton Center’s mission to assist children with disabilities and developmental delays. P.J. earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in marketing from Texas Tech University in December of 1997. P.J. is also involved in a variety of organizations including The International Council of Shopping Centers, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and The Real Estate Council of San Antonio.
