Phil is a Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He focuses on arranging debt and equity for owners and developers of commercial real estate across the Midwest and nationally. Prior to joining JLL he was a Director at Meridian Capital Group in New York City. At Meridian Phil was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing a wide array of financing transactions including: land, bridge, ground up construction, recapitalizations and permanent loans. Over the course of his career he has closed over $1 Billion in loans on various property types including: hospitality, multifamily, office, retail, and industrial.

Prior to Meridian Phil was an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield in NYC. After graduating from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University he worked as a Credit Analyst in the real estate finance group at TD Bank.
