Philip serves as a Executive Director in IPA’s Seattle office, alongside Giovanni Napoli. Philip has extensive multifamily experience and underwriting knowledge, bringing over 16 years of commercial real estate experience to the team. Philip began his commercial real estate career in 2004 while working at Marcus & Millichap, earning several top selling agent and top listing agent awards.

Prior to joining IPA, Philip was a Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews, focusing on the sale of multifamily assets and development sites throughout the Puget Sound region. Philip was awarded Kidder Mathews’ Big Hitter Award in consecutive years, recognizing him as a top producer within the company, including being No. 1 in investment sales for all product types.

Philip has also been ranked as a CoStar Power Broker consistently since 2010. Philip has been an annual recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award and NAA awards since joining IPA.
