Bio
Philip Annis serves as President of Embree Development Group, Inc., operating in the executive management of the organization since joining the company in 1996. Philip also serves as Executive Vice President of Embree Construction Group, Inc. and Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc., and is a member of the Board of Directors of Embree Development Group, Inc., Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc., and Embree Construction Group, Inc.
Philip received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in 1983. Upon graduation, Philip began his career in the custom home building business where he oversaw the day-to-day construction operations of custom homes in the greater Houston and Central Texas areas.
In 1986, Philip transitioned into commercial real estate investment, brokerage and development, and in 1989 formed EuroTex Enterprises, Inc. In his role as CEO and President, EuroTex prospered as a real estate consulting and development company for both commercial retail, office and mixed use projects.
Philip holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a past participant of the Professional Advisory Boards for both the College of Construction Science, and the Master’s program for Land Development at Texas A&M University.
