Active in Atlanta’s commercial real estate industry for 30+ years, Senior Director Phil Ryan is recognized as a leader in metro Atlanta for representing landlords in the disposition of retail investment properties.

Phil understands all aspects of shopping center development, and his responsibilities include assisting landlords with shopping center leasing management, from pre-construction to completion; advising property owners on marketing, operation and renovation of income-producing retail real estate; representing landlords in shopping center site acquisition, design and development; and conducting problem property analysis to secure successful workout solutions.

Phil is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is a permanent member of the ACBR Million Dollar Club, a two-time Phoenix Award recipient and has been recognized as a Silver Phoenix Award recipient for 25 years of million-dollar production. He attended West Virginia University and is active in the WVU Alumni Association.
