Phil brings 12+ years of office experience to the team and is responsible for leasing, property management, and asset repositioning throughout Florida. With over a decade of transaction experience, Phil has transacted more than $600 million in lease value throughout the state of Florida Led repositioning and development efforts on some of the most high-profile assets in the state including MiamiCentral in Miami and SouthPark Center in Orlando. Served as Director of Leasing & Asset Management responsible for the programming of Brightline’s Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Led leasing and development for Flagler Development’s 2.1 million square foot Orlando Portfolio Earned a degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida
