Profile

Philip M. Lombardo is a Vice Chair of the Inland Empire Branch of C&W in Southern California. He oversees the marketing and sales of industrial buildings and land in the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley and executes tenant representation transactions in North America.

Phil began his real estate career with C&W in 1985 and returned in 2007 after spending 13 years at Trammell Crow Company (TCC). From 2009 through 2020 he has ranked as one of Cushman & Wakefield's Top 100 producing overall brokers and Top 10 producing industrial brokers. Phil was the firm's number one producing industrial broker in 2015, 2011 and 2009. While at TCC he was consistently ranked in the top 5 percent of the company's brokers. Phil was also ranked among the top 10 industrial brokers globally for CB Richard Ellis in 2006, after that firm's purchase of TCC. Over his career, he has compiled an extensive list of lease and sale transactions for major corporations, institutional owners and investors on a local, regional, and national basis.
