Phil Kates and his auction team specialize in auction/accelerated sales for their owner/broker clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Phil ran Ten-X Commercial's auction division, specializing in small balance and absolute auctions nationwide as well as middle market auction sales in the Southeastern US. His dispositions range from excess property portfolio sales for developers and corporate tenants, as well as investment sales for private and institutional clients.
