Phil Kates and his auction team specialize in auction/accelerated sales for their owner/broker clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Phil ran Ten-X Commercial's auction division, specializing in small balance and absolute auctions nationwide as well as middle market auction sales in the Southeastern US. He disposed of over 300+ CRE properties of all assets types for owners and brokers, and was a top producer several years running. He had the highest trade rate in company history, and his list-to-close timeline averaged less than 75 days. His dispositions range from excess property portfolio sales for developers and corporate tenants, as well as investment sales for private and institutional clients.
