Phil Damaschino is an expert transaction manager for complex lease and sale assignments in the San Francisco East Bay area. Since 2005, he has focused on office and R&D/flex properties along the Highway 24 and Interstate 680/580 corridors. Mr. Damaschino represents approximately 1,250,000 square feet of buildings in Walnut Creek, Concord, San Ramon, and Pleasanton. His recent and past client list includes Hines, Legacy Partners, Cranbrook Group, Union Bank, Bechtel and IBM.
Mr. Damaschino provides situational needs analysis and transaction management for acquisitions and disposition strategies as well as advanced lease renewal analysis. Mr. Damaschino along with his partners, Andy Schmitt and Adam Ebner, bring the advantage of finance, strategic planning, transaction management, project management, design and engineering to each of their clients.
Born and raised in Lafayette, Mr. Damaschino is an alumnus of De LaSalle High School and the University of Colorado. He currently lives in Danville with his wife and two daughters.
