Peter Williams

Peter Williams is ARA's Director, Investment Group, responsible for the oversight and sourcing of new equity and debt real estate investments in the Midwest and Southeast regions. Mr. Williams began his career in the Investment Group at ARA, and has been actively involved the origination, underwriting, due diligence, structuring and financing of over $1B of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily transactions nationwide.

Mr. Williams has over 7 years of real estate experience and earned a B.A. degree from the University of Southern California.
