Peter Turchin is a Vice Chairman with CBRE focusing solely on owner representation in New York City. As the longest standing member and co-leader of the firm's Agency Group, Mr. Turchin has become known throughout the city as a specialist for building repositions and ground up construction. His notable agency projects include towers 250 West 55th Street, Times Square Tower, The New York Times Building, and 3, 4 and 7 at World Trade Center. Mr. Turchin has been awarded as a Top Leasing Broker from Co-Star every year since 2004. As a licensed attorney, Mr. Turchin's combined legal and business background has proven to be a major advantage in arranging, structuring and negotiating transactions. Mr. Turchin is also active in the real estate community, regularly teaching internal classes and continuing education classes for the Real Estate Board of New York. He also has regular appearances on Bloomberg News and The Stoler Report.
