Bio
Peter Torti is Vice Chairman, Co-Head of Production with Newmark's Multifamily Capital Markets group in the Bethesda office. He joined the company's predecessor firm in 1999 and is a member of the Multifamily Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance team's Executive Committee.
In his current role, Mr. Torti is responsible for managing all Agency trading activities, including pricing, loan structuring, managing investor relationships, capital markets risk management and investor compliance. Prior to assuming his current position in 2001, Mr. Torti served in various capacities in both the Trading and Origination Departments.
Education
Mr. Torti received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University.
