Bio
Peter is a senior managing director in the San Francisco office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He is primarily responsible for the origination and placement of both debt and equity transactions for all property types throughout the western United States. Throughout the course of his career, he has completed more than $12 billion in commercial real estate transactions. He has extensive background in complex structured financing transactions.
Peter started at HFF in December 2003 as a director in the firm's Los Angeles office. In 2006, he co-founded the San Francisco office. Before that, he was a vice president at George Smith Partners, where he was responsible for new originations, loan placement and closings. He also held a number of senior management positions in the hotel and restaurant industry prior to his start in the mortgage banking field, most notably with the San Francisco based Kimpton Group.
