Peter J Sherman

Peter Sherman joined Morrison Street Capital in 2018. Out of the firm's New York office, Mr. Sherman is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and due diligence of new investments for the Morrison Street Funds. Previously, Mr. Sherman worked as a Financial Analyst with Marcus & Millichap, a global commercial real estate investment sales, financing, research and advisory services firm where he was responsible for financial analysis and underwriting of all acquisitions and dispositions across all property types, with a primary focus on retail properties. He actively participated in the analysis of over 350 properties valued at over $2.5 billion. He also completed an internship focusing on capital markets & strategic analysis for VEREIT, a real estate investment trust based in New York. Mr. Sherman received his bachelor's degree in economics from Binghamton University.
