Peter Rosan joined the Bethesda, Maryland office of Cushman & Wakefield as a Director in July, 2011. He has completed over 2,000,000 sf of lease transactions and $75 million in Investment Sales in the last nine years. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Rosan was with Grubb & Ellis for five years as Assistant Vice President. Prior to Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Rosan was a Vice President with GVA Advantis for three years. A native of Maryland, Mr. Rosan specializes in commercial landlord and tenant representation in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan markets.

Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Rosan maintained and operated MBNA America's corporate vessel, Impatience. He is a licensed United States Coast Guard Captain. Mr. Rosan has a B.S. in Science and Business Economics from Lehigh University and is currently affiliated with the Urban Land Institute, Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
