Peter is an energetic, very experienced real estate professional who has completed numerous real estate projects for multiple Fortune 500 companies during his tenure. A licensed real estate professional since 1997, Peter has been with CBRE since 2006. He is a reliable, high integrity professional that specializes in industrial and R&D real estate projects. He also has experience in medical / office transactions and high value build-to-suit construction projects. Peter has a track record of successfully managing complex client relationships for local, regional, national and international corporations who have decentralized decision making procedures in solving real estate issues. 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE  

Peter has completed multiple projects and provided consultation and real estate brokerage service for many private and public companies.  During the last several  years, Peter has represented numerous national and international clients who have local, national and international real estate requirements.  The services include representation of client acquisition and disposition of properties, leasing, site development, property sales, portfolio analysis, and coordination of real estate services across multiple states. He is also acting as the real estate project manager to coordinate an ongoing business expansion of a long-term client in seven different cities in North America. Locally, he works closely with customers in Washtenaw, Oakland, Macomb and Wayne County. During his tenure, he has completed more than 800 real estate transactions totaling over 25 million square feet of space. Prior to joining CBRE, Peter was an Associate Director with a national real estate firm where he provided similar services. Prior to his real estate career, he worked ten years at a national environmental engineering and consulting firm with responsibilities as a field geologist, a regional sales manager and then as a national accounts manager for General Motors and Ford Motor.
