Peter Ripka

Peter Ripka is a Partner of Sagamore Hill. Mr. Ripka is also a Partner of RIPCO Real Estate, which he co-founded with Todd Cooper in 1991. Over the past 28 years Messrs. Ripka and Cooper have grown RIPCO into the largest independent retail leasing and management firm in the New York metro area with five offices, in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut, and over 100 employees and agents. ​ Throughout his career, Mr. Ripka has been instrumental in leasing over 3 million SF of retail space throughout New York City for many of the largest developers and landlords in the country. He has also completed thousands of leases throughout the New York metro area including Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut. He is passionate about his long-term tenant relationships and takes pride in his leasing track record. Mr. Ripka has won multiple Retail Deal of the Year awards from the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), where he is also a member. Additionally, Mr. Ripka is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and J.D. from Hofstra Law School.
