Bio
Peter Petricca joined Madison Capital Group in 2022 and manages all multifamily development operations in the Southwest including Texas, Arizona, and Nevada. With over three decades of development, construction, and investment experience, Peter has held executive positions with some of the nation’s leading multifamily development companies including Trammell Crow Residential, Greystar Real Estate Partners, and Crescent Communities. Throughout his career he has developed over 9,100 units across five states; including Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. Texas markets include Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston.
Peter holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS cum laude in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University. He is a licensed professional engineer and a member of ULI, Texas Real Estate Counsel, and NMHC.
