Bio
Peter Nicholas is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. degree in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business. Following matriculation from the University of California, Mr. Nicholas was associated with Wells Fargo Bank as an International Lending Officer and Citicorp Industrial Credit as an Assistant Vice President and Marketing Team Leader for the Western United States. Following his banking career, Mr. Nicholas has an excess of 28 years of experience in the real estate industry encompassing acquisition of income property, asset management, financing, joint venture structuring, leasing, and construction management. Mr. Nicholas was President of Duckett-Wilson from June 1987 until December 2006.
