Peter Martz

Mr. Martz joined Meridian in 2015 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President in the company's Boca Raton, FL office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, and retail with a focus on construction financing in locations throughout the country.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Martz was a Senior Loan Originator at ING Group and Capital One, where he managed loan negotiations and closings.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Martz has negotiated more than $1 billion in financing covering multifamily, healthcare, retail, industrial, hospitality, and other property types across the United States.
